How do I get a new internet connection?

At the place where i am staying, there are two phone lines. We plan to take over one of the lines.

* What is the procedure of applying/taking a new internet connection?
* What is the procedure of taking internet after converting the phone into our names?
* How long would installation take?

Any advices? Thanks much in advance!

You will also need your RP to apply for a line/internet.

You better off taking a new line and a new ADSL connection as at present Qtel is running a free land line and ADSL promotion where in 2 months rental is free

You can get internet connection on any existing line just visit any QTEL counter and apply for internet connection with in 1 or 2 week you'll get the connection.
