I agree with kchevrier.

Also,before you update the drivers,just check your audio settings to see what they are looking for.

If what they suggested does not work try checking to see if you have an update to one of you sound drivers. You may have already tried this.

system>

hardware>

device mgr

look at the audio

Go into properties for it and update the driver.

try another browser thant your actual, switch to I.Explorer if you are under Firefox and Vice versa

may be your ADOBE FLASH PLAYER DHOULD BE CRUPTED.. uninstall it and install it again
