no you can t have more than one RP in gcc countries unless u have a very higher profession ,so u have to cancel ur dubai rp before applying for the qatari one

You can hold multiple visas. It actually took a full seven months for my visa in Dubai to be cancelled. I had been working here for six of those!

Yes u can get it.

But you have to make additional payment of QR. 1500/ and ur profession should be higher profession.
