IT intelligence!! Need your Help!
OMG! I have lost my user account on my laptop, and all data along with that!
I was setting up a New account, and i noticed that the option "limited account" was not available for this New account, and the message was: "At least one computer Administrator account should be set up". I was a bit surprized about what type is MY account then?? so i went back to my own account and checked it, and it was "Computer Administartor".. so I didn't want to spend time for firguring out what's going on, and just went and set up a New account also as Admimistrator. And after that right away I discovered that My own, the original accout is not existing anymore!! and I cannot find it! Is that possible that it has been deleted??? What can I do about it? how can i bring it back?? ALL MY DATA: documents,pics,music, Favorites, all gone!! I am in shock!!
Also, some other .NET account appeared in the Users Accounts (but there is no such account on the desk top, when you just start Windows, and choice of Users are given )
What is that?? how can i find my account? it couldn't get deleted completely, right??

DaRu, i have tried everything what has been suggested by IT professionals here before even posting this topic, and I have done it by myself.. But the problem was different...That's what ulas told me, that someone set up my comp in a way that I cannot manage it myself, ok? Everything is blocked, everything is secured by the passwords, the rest is hidden, and connected to the mobile with the full access from it... I didn't even know about it..And ulas was right!!
.. hey gals, going back to the topic of "hacking" e-mails and stuff... here you go...they can hack a whole comp, so that you even don't realise it, until some ussue comes up...let alone hacking some miserable e-mail account! for some ppl it's a matter of couple of minutes..:)

As I believe, you need to login in to your OS rgt? weather its a limited/admin or any type of account, I can help you.

ulas, i managed to get this "log On to Windows" box on the screen, and I typed MY user name (which one disappeared), and my password.. it sais:"Make sure your User name and DOMAIN are correct, then type your password again"..and there is no box for domain..
Call me will do it in 1 minutes. Check your inbox for my mobile number.
You are connected as domain. :) then in the domain select the available second options and it will work
It has nothing to do with ASP.NET account.
Try using the Unlocker App. Its a Freeware.

You will get all your data back what ever is the problem :) .
telljax, I AM logged in as an Admin.. you remember I told you that i set up a new accout as an Admin as well? ...and I checked it now again.. it does shows that it's the Comp.Admin account...and it shows that as an admin, I can "create, change and delete accounts"... but while it's on C:, the access to this folder is denied..
Your Administrator Account is still active and can not be deleted.
Click Start
Then Log Off
Log Off when Promted.
wait a while and small windows will apper
then press
Control Alt Delete at the same time
type in Admistrator in user name
enter password if any and hit enter
if this dosen't work let me know..
i know, Moh.. but the access is denied...! this is the problem!
now a bit more difficult question: can it be connected soemhow to ASP.NET account, which i discovered recently? can my account be hidden under this mystic "user", which nobody never set up??

the admin anymore and that does not allow u to use ur files
try logging in with ur old username and passwd...myabe u chgd the right( to admin) but the passwd might still work..
INCASE OF DOUBT...REBOOT !!!
My Computer > C:\Documents and Settings
U will find ur old account folder with its contents hopefully.

ok, ulas, i have found some folder with my name, it might be what i am loking for.... but the access is denied!
u chgd ur admin rights to a new account ur previous account wud still be valid or even if it is not showing or somehthing im very sure ur data wud be present in ur hard drive.....try searching for it and hopefully u shud be able to find it.....in the remote chance ur pld account has been deleted it wud help to take a backup of ur data and store it under ur new account...incase u need any help do lemme knw...might be able to solve the issue....anyways hope this helps ...cheers
ulas gural you are amazing...
try to logon as Admin simetimes it works and you can still acces your data by searching C: Drive. Still you don't have to wory you can still get your data back even you have deleted the account and even after formating hdd if you want to do that bring it to me :)
