I would suggest that you significantly reduce your intake of carbs (this is not Atkins this is the most efficient way of eliminating a major source of calories from diet with minimal impact on appetite and nutrition).
For example in your evening meal if you would normally have curry with rice or bread then elinimate the rice and bread and instead have curry with vegetables (lots of vegetables).
DO NOT try and reduce fat or protein. It will just make you hungry.
For lunch try roast chicken and vegetables or fish and vegetables NO RICE, NO BREAD.
Same for breakfast.
DO NOT drink fruit juice or high sugar colas except very occasionally.
Enjoy low GI fruit such as melon etc as much as you want.
Biju you also need to combine this with activity. You should go to the gym but try and make yourself generally more active all day. That has the most serious calorific impact. For example, walk up the stairs in the office, stand at your desk rather than sit, try and find a sport or hobby, go swimming in the evenings or even better take the kids swimming.
10kg in 4-5 months is easy but no really your aim. Most people want to look better not lose weight. This diet and lifestyle will lose fat which is really what everyone wants
Proper food and lots of water. I stopped GOFFEE (Decaf is okay) Carbonated drinks and less bread. Ate as much as you want - Vegetable, avarage meat and fish. The proverbial 8 hours sleep and afternoon nap - 30 minutes.
Excercise should be a must but have not done it yet..no time. I lost 3.5 kg in 2 months.
Live a clean and healthy lifestyle.. Right food, eat regularly just small portions, you dont need to starve yourself just to lose weight, because trying to starve yourself just makes you want to eat more... Exercise is very important, even if its just walking or jogging... ;)
