Dear QL Members

Kindly advise the following:

1. Holding Transferable work visa, but sponsor refuses to give NOC Letter? What to do

2. Presently working for another firm, can mutual letter signed by the sponsor or the manager enough? Is it legal to do so?

3. Presently my old sponsor is the signing authority for the Final Exit / Re-entry permit procedures.

4. Am I entitled to get the bonuses and gratuity from my old sponsor if I am not transferring. But I am not working with my sponsor,

Advise on immigration part as well as loop hole part.
