I would like to know the rental cost for a ADSL line ? want to video chat.

and would like to know prices of a good P4 computer. do you have assembled computers there ? or should i bring my CPU ???

Yes download is unlimited. rates are monthly but one time connection and modem (wired USB) are extra.

Yes monopoly is the name of the game. Anyway you can earn through internet if you know how to monetize it.

No the rates are 200 for 512, 300 for 1mb and 400 for 2mb line.
