QL's like a home and Qler's like family to me
I've been on Ql for quite sometime now, but I wasnt active earlier, until Feb this year that was also by chance. The whole reason why I joined Ql was to help out people in or outside Qatar to provide info about this country, because all my best friends left and seriously life was getting a bit boring lol. Since Feb. I've also been a part of QLSG and believe it or not, I am in love with the social group... A special thanks to Darude for creating the group and a very special thanks to Qatari and Ahmad for their hard work on QL, really appriciate you guys.
I was going to leave Qatar to finish off my college, but then plans changed and I decided to stay here, one of the main reasons was QL. Now the time has come when I will be planning for my future. But one thing is for sure that QL will always be with me, its my second home.. yes the sheesha place is not my second home, QL is, where all the Qlers are up to help and advise when you need them, not only that you get 100's of responses for the same thread sometimes lol, ofcourse most of the time its just hijacked threads but thats the best thing about QL. I know that the Qlers will always be there to help out and guide me from their experiances in life and I can turn to them as if they were my own family. Thanks everyone for being here for me.
Believe it or not, I have met people for all over the world thanks to QL and I had more fun in these few months than I ever did in my whole life, this is from my heart. Every QLer has a special value to me, even charan and all the others that I had conflicts with.

P.s. Dragonfly and Obazeed, u might be leaving physically to another country but u guys will always be in the heart of QL and u will be in the QL family album :). Good things dont come to an end, they move along with us where ever we go and one day we look back and smile at them, saying "those were some days we had on QL"
lol Thexonic, well having just recently experienced no electricity in leb, and going to experience it again as im flying there this afternoon, i can safely say electricity is a very important priority to me.
Nadt, there are better things than Internet and electricity in this world lol.

lol Novi, well last time i was there on holidays, i did have access to internet, there plenty of cafes but thexonic is right, its very slow and they have electricity cuts of 4 hours at a time daily which is a pain in the butt, as you dont have access to the two most important things and thats AC and internet. This makes me appreciate Qatar more when i get back..lol..
Don't worry am sure u will get internet one way or the other.......lol

Novita, yea technology works in countries like qatar and usa, in Lebanon I doubt that there will be any good internet connection... perhaps there are electricity issues as it is lol.

Haven't been here long, but have got to know many people online through QL..
Its great to log in and read your postings and have a banter - mostly friendly and tongue in cheek..
Whereever life leads you, i hope that you will achieve all you dream of...The physical location is not the important thing.. That thing called the internet and QL will hopefully keep us in touch for a long long long time to come..
