How to go about if someone wants to marry in Doha..
Or is registered marriage possible ?
for hindus..

I believe it is possible through Indian Embassy.

First decide in under which proviso you want your marriage to be performed.

If you need to wish simply your marriage to be registered then in my opinion it can be materialized by embassy (I am not sure that embassies of India have empowered to this effect by government or not)

I would rather suggest registering your marriage in special marriages act 1956. If you need any help or more info please let me know.
