I have Mozaic in my apartment . Initially the wirless was connecting to my laptop well . But in last 3 days , my laptop is unable to detect the wireless in my apartment .
Can anyone advise , what problem could it be
Only LAN connects via wire .

dont bother personal help. Qr75..what a rip off..
Call qtel 111 and they are gonna walk you through getting the wireless connected. otherwise take the computer and mozaic modem down to family computer on rayyan road. they are gonna get the configuration right for much less than 75 with a service gurantee.
trust me...
you dont want to go with private tech people
call QTEL they will come to fix it immediately for free
