One of my friend is working in a construction company as an Engineer in Visit visa. Previosly he was having a resident visa here and resigned from there 1 year back. Now he got a better offer in Qatar and want to join that co.
What is the rule about the ban?? is it 2 year ban or 5 year ban for the employees after cancel the RP.?

It is two years but as said if ur existing sponsor give no objection letter than he can come after (06) months... but concerning (05)years of re-entry Ban law is not yet in effect so far.

Regards,

Per my recent conversation with my employer, it is the discretion of the sponsor. If the sponsor would not renew the visa, the employee will be banned for two (2) years, if they will cancel the visa re-entry ban will be five (5) years.

With NOC, there will be no problem. The employee can immediately enter Qatar or can look for another sponsor right after his resignation.
