complain for this company , giants stores
im a regular customer from giants stores hyatt plaza, while im taking my shoppings i talk of some staff from there i as what time they work and how many hours of working, if your morning shift you have a work ko 9hrs including break time, for evening shift they got 11hrs of work including break time, its seems that its very unfair for the evening shift, unfortunately evening shift is no OVERTIME pay it means just like a CHARITY, there 1 more i heard about it, from cashier area there they have 12hrs or more than 12hrs working without paying there existing hrs. they work on it.
from another market they have 8hrs work only, i just shock that from the giants stores they have 11hrs and more than 12hrs work without paying the overtimes.
this coming ramada kareem from carrefour, citycenter, lulu hypermarket, there opening time is 6pm to 12am,
let see what time will be open giant stores, i will spoke again some staff if the have 6hrs work only in ramada kareem, if they have more than 6hrs. it means they must pay there overtimes. but usually there telling they did not paying overtimes from giants stores.
i hope that someone from labor can read this so they can check the situation of employee from giants stores.

and 1 more thing...maybe dey are just trying to take that schedule bcoz dey rily need to have money...

Report it to the labour department. If they're not paying overtime they are breaking the labour laws.
why do i get the feeling ur one of the people working for giant stores and suffering from their bad treatment? anywayz anyhowz :-) it's no no not good what they're doing, shame on them. but try complaining directly to the labor department, this would be more effective than posting it on QL, my opinion.
