My friend wants to leave the country due to personal problems.He has a rented flat in the city on his name where he has stayed for almost 6 months. Will he get back the deposit amount paid for electricity & Water connection for the flat immediately on cancellation of the same or has to wait for any time frame. What are the procedures to cancel and get back the deposit? Please guide?
