Can anyone tell of activities or excercises that can help in stress management. Can being involved in jogging, or playing tennis or badminton can help to relieve stress. Is there some therapy to deal with stress. Can yoga or any kind of actvity help in stress management and can help to lead a peaceful and happy life...

There isn't a concrete answer to this, as people get stress even at different ages, lifestyles and locations.
The stress dealt by a 10 year old may be different from what a 30 year old might feel. Same as with a homebody and a person that very much likes to go out, as well as a person that goes to school and one that goes to work.
The best way to avoid stress is to first determine what causes the stress. Once done, refrain from thinking about it. Indulge yourself in activities which are light yet keeps you busy. Others find their relief in sports, others in sleeping, reading, listening to music and etc.
Find one which is most suitable for your lifestyle, your time and which conforms to your liking.

Der is dis stress ball which is de size of a tennis ball but squeezable. Hav one placed in ur hand and listen 2 sum gud music like Kenny G or Beethoven's symphony. B4 doin all dat... a hot shower and thereafter a relaxing inclination chair wud do just de trick.... WORKS just fine :)
Obviously, stress is different for everyone of us, I deal with it with relaxation massage, and music.. I am all for some human touch...to relieve the stress from a body..
