Please provide below info so I can give you a specific & appropriate solution.
1) What's the distance between your laptop & the wireless router. This is to make sure that your laptop & router is able to communicate with one another.
2) What is the brand/model of your wireless router. This will help determine configuration settings based on WiFi equipment type.
3) Are you using Windows XP or Vista? So I can give you specific connectivity instructions.
Qtel is having a big problem today. Mobiles not working, atm & credit card machines in shops not working & internet being funny.
Patience is the only word of advice I van give you.
Dont worry it is not your pc or internet connection that has trouble. Blame Qtel.
