Almas very bad service..

I have been using SAFA water since 2008 and till date i am happy with them . Their delivery is impeccable. Customer Service is truly professional.Bottles always clean. As long as all the above is Ok and till date SAFA has not let me down..

I saw some comments about Almas water here, they might be good before but now the service is very bad. Bottles are old and low quality. They don't deliver water regularly and doesn't care if the customer is out of water. At time of sale, staff keeps chasing you and then stop answering when not delivering. Delivery head Mr Taha also doesn't reply and dont care about customers.

Avoid almas water and go with other companies like Qatar Oasis or Rayyan .. much better quality and peace of mind.

I think there's no ideal Water company, I tried Almas but the water with the taste of plastic may be the bottle are not of good quality. while the water was good taste at the begining now I'm changing to Al Manhal , before I used nice water but the bottles also sometime dropping water.

Al Manhal and Nestle are one company now.The water is good.But don't try home delivery please!!!!

From 2 weeks I'm waiting for my water. It's really hard to talk with them. Every time they talk the same and same and the same. But my water is still missing. Believe or not they blocked my phone number.

And is IMPOSSIBLE to take my money back.

I have just come from Kuwait . It is very popular in kuwait to use 5 stage RO filtration system with UV filter . It is to be fitted with the kichen tap . Company supply 10 litres bottle and bottle is continuous storage of pure filter water . The filter water is in abundance which you can use for cooking and for washing your hair . No hang up for bottle replacement . Only problem is you get only normal temperature water and not any hot or chilled water . Please note that all the bottled water supplier treat the water locally with RO process using tap water . Again the TDS ( TOTAL DISSOVED SOLID) for the bottled water is 110-130 against RO unit which Iwas usinggive TDS 60 . But unfortunately there is no such filter company in Qatar . If anyone knows anyone please let me know . This is one time expense of 3000QR.

NESTLE IS BOTTLED BY AL MANHAL AND SAFA BOTTLED BY AL RAYYAN, JUST BRANDING GAME.

I would suggest that you boil the tap water and use for drinking or run the tap water through a filtration process system such as Aqua Guard or Brittanica. Agents are here in Doha who would give you a demonstration and I understand the system costs you around 2000riyals but you have the liberty to pay in installments. But I have seen the demonstration and you would see the difference what a tap water or mineral water (any brand) offers. The results are amazing and am sure that you would forget all this mineral water and opt for this system.

Unfortunately I dont ahve th nos. of these filtration company agent personnel numbers. whenever I get it, I shall surely post it .
