HALA Roaming Service from QTel
I would like to know if HALA roaming service is limited to SMS and Incoming service only or does it also allow me to make outgoing calls? It is way that can be activated or it is automatic? Also is it possible to know the countries in which this service is applicable and rates for them?
thanks for the info. Calling 111 is a pain. they keep you on hold for long and half of the time they dont understand a single word you ask of them.

Just need to make sure that you have enough QR charged into it before you travel,
Say at least QR200,
it is costly, yet you can call 111 and get full details from them.
You can send and receive SMS and Calls but the rates are very very very high you get charged for incoming as well as out going also
