Aspire Swimming Classes for Ladies

I would like to know if anyone has experience with the Aspire Swimming Classes for ladies? Do they teach how to swim or just for trained swimmers only? Also, what is the fee structure like?

Aspire Active have swimming lessons for adult women at their recently opened ladies club. They also have sessions for free swimming ie. women doing individual laps and also aqua aerobics. Contact them for info. Timetables on the website www.aspire.qa
