you can collect one copy of holy Quran by producing your ID from Awkaf's office located in Sadd.
also try in Fanar for Quran translations to your mothertoungue
yes u can buy at most of bookstore or go to Jarir Book store at Ramada Junction.
There is a Shop Behind the KFC street there you will get The Quran and not all of the bookstore sell them.
