Compensation

I am working in Qatar since last 3 months in work visa. Due to failure of project our company transferring all staff to different countries. If we don’t want to go to the countries which they are offering and like to leave the job and go back to home country.
Q1. Is their any compensation policy in Qatar in my case?
Q2. It’s better to get No Objection Certificate from sponsor?
Q1 - No, there is no compensation for practically anyone in any circumstance.
Q2 - Try and get an NOC. Hopefully you'll get one, but there's no guarentee that your sponsors will issue it. They are under no obligation to do so.

There is no legal requirement for redundancy payments to be made. Better just go for NOC and find another job if you want to stay here.
Better ask NOC than begging for the compensation...not even.
Ang Tsamba ay 'di nag mimintis.
What compensation are you talking about. Ask for NOC
