How to transfer the ownership of a used car?

What documents required?

Is it a must for both seller and buyer to go?

Or will it be done in the absence of a seller if he signs on the transfer form.

Can it be done on Saturday?

I heard that some private company also does it on behalf of Muroor at some additional cost than the normal.

Please comment and advice.

the best way is to go to city centre down on the ground floor there is counter of Ministry of Interior it will take only 5 mins to change ownership

Both of them must go to traffic dept.Form must be filled ,letter from your sponsor, insurance copy of the car,orginal id of both buyer and seller and registration card(esthimara)sat.open in the morning. If there is loan for vehicle first loan should be closed and NOC from bank should be obtained.Even private party also will do. you should give the orginal id of both buyer and seller and esthimara.They will do it for you.
