Is it true that if one has worked for two years with a sponsor,he/she does not need an NOC letter if one wants to change job?

its absoulutely incorrect....wheather u wrk for 2yrs or 20yrs...u had to obtain NOC from ur employer otherwise immigration will not transfer ur visa...
