What do you do for disconnection from work?

Those are bad days in the work.

I arrive home with stomach like a knot. I assume that is stress. Normally at home you can go out and hang with friends in order to disconnect and go back next day fresh, but here in Qatar... even worst in Ramadan...

Apart of valeriana pills (lol), how do you manage to disconnect from work?

I turn off the phone when I get home or divert my calls to my boss. (nicer)

I say "Yo te amo" to someone and I am disconnected immediately.

I have a shower as soon as I get back from work. That relaxes me a lot. I play with my dog and watch a little tv and I'm completely destressed!
