Bad Exp WIth Q-Tel
My neighbor applied for land Line + ADSL Connection on 7th September and he paid 233 Qr in the same date, as per Qtel message appointment date was 10th sept. but he is not received any call from Q-tel, both of us tried get chance to speak with customer care, but no one was picking the phone, and finally on 23rd he got land line connection, they guy who came to fix the land line informed us ADSL line have problems now it will be solve with in 24hrs …………
To day is 6th October ……….. still ADSL line is not connected ………
Wht do now ?
We tried to complaint via 111 but no one will pick the phone ……..
I sent e-mail to customer care service ……….
Visited Q-tel branch in LULU …………
But no response ………….
Wht do now ???????????
it is your mistake, why dont you ait till FoDaFone start servicing,,,
Qtl, is Sucks only they are good in Billing,,,
maybe Qtel is just very busy "guessing" what they should do to address those service calls. VODAFONE immidiate service just mite be the lucky answer in solving this problems.

Very standard from Qtel. One should never expect much. Keep calling...the more you drive them nuts the quicker you will be put to the top of the list. Get the name of one point of contact too...super important or you will tell your story a hundred times.

Go there in person and ask to speak to manager-demand a manager and speak to them only. Keep complaining. Always call every day and speak only to your manager. Take down names and keep trying to go to next higher manager. I had to do this for mine also.
Dear, that is why it's not Vodafone or AT & T. Remember it's Qtel & they are proud of their services. Try to 111 till u die.
