Supported POP client list:
Once you've enabled POP in Gmail (while logged in gmail go Settings---Access Choices---POP---Enabling POP), you can configure your mail client to download Gmail messages.
Depending on the outlook version you have instructions. Herein instructions to outlook 2007.
Getting Started
If you're setting up Outlook 2007 to work with Gmail for the first time, you'll need to:
Enable POP in Gmail. (already discussed in the first paragraph)
Configure your Outlook 2007 client.
Download the latest updates from Microsoft.
Verify Settings
If all steps were followed "line byu line" by now you must be set and reading gmail in MS Outlook.
