Anyone experiencing Chest Pain/Heart Pain?

Good Day All
Have any of you experienced tight chest pain since being here? I have been here 3 months & work in Ras Laffan City.(Maybe thats what it is) Went to Hamad and all they gave were muscle relaxant tablets.
Also, working here in Ras Laffan, many workers die suddenly, presumable Heart Attack. I dont believe that the autopsy gives the true report. Just the other day, a 38 yr old man died, in his bed at camp. They are too young to die from Heart Failure. So sad that no one can find the root cause of this.
huh?! that is so alarming. I also have some difficulty breathing when I arrived here in Doha. & I experience that during summer (from June until late October).
I think it has something to do with the weather/climate here in Qatar.
But in Ras Laffan, I think they better start investigating that matter. It might lead to something serious....
I did .. during ma gym.. rushed to hamad and found ma BP is high at 199/130.. ecg, eco all normal.
I lost a friend last year too of heart attack.. he was just 38 too
If its true i will resign soon
