Sit down together and listen properly, then you may have an understanding of the pressures he feels, take a step back look at yourself have you changed but do not realise it yet?

Was the move here for you, him or both?

It takes time to adjust to any and everything these days, the credit crisis may be something you have not even considered, are you better or worse off?

Look at all aspects of your life, if you still can not find the answer it is time to move on by yourself, do not allow this to bring you down also.

Dear Maliha

Not even a single family is 100% perfect. Mostly all families there are sometimes differents of opinion. That you have to discuss each other when he is in good mood. First you should check whether he got any work related problems, or the working atmosphere is good etc.etc. May be he doesn't want to discuss his personal problems about office with you. You can take it in a good sense that he doesn't want to give preassure to you too. You can sit with him whenever he is free and slowly ask about his depression. Tell him that if he speaks it out his mind also will be free. Do not worry of this type of small things and do not disclose it to others except a person you know who can keep your secret. One thing you should remember if you can't keep a secret how can you trust a second person. Better never disclose any secret to anyone. If you feel tensed take your prayer book and pray sincerely. IN gulf majority of the people irrespective of gender are under preassure either work related problems or health problems etc. So Better engage yoruself with some household works like tailoring, yoga, or cooking etc. May God Bless you and your family. Do not think or listen any unwanted things from here and there. There are lot of people waiting to take advantage.

Take care

when you were residing in Saudi, there is no temptation (women) at all...rarely to do it or else he will be in trouble but here in doha, since you moved here he is more free to do anything he likes....

a sort of "CULTURE SHOCK"....or maybe he is seeing another woman...

Assalam Alaikum..

Firstly, in my humble opinion, its a personal matter, b/w u and ur husband, so it shouldnt be brought out in public, as i've seen more bad than any good in such scenarios. Some ppl give weird ideas or advice and if u happen to follow them, might jepordice everything!! u guys need to sort the things out among urselves.

Am sure u r going through alot urself but s said by others, he might be going through alot himself (am not taking sides as i dont know the other side of the story).

Give-in some time, talk to him, as communication is very important, dont rush into conclusions or make hasty decisions.

Love, Understanding, Sacrifice, Compromise, Forgiveness etc are just a few pillars of marriage to mention, its 2-way street.

Some / most might not agree with me, but as i said its my humble opinion.

I wish and pray things get better for u 2..

Good Luck 2 U..

honestly dear..donot post your personal problems here. There are so many people around who may know who you are, i suggest you discuss your personal problem with some close friend. In such sites there might be people to take advantage...

Why don't you talk to him and tell him honestly what you feel. Maybe he is under so much pressure without your knowing, so you should also understand him. Hence, it is important that the lines of communication are open. Have a heart to heart talk with your partner. If after all your efforts he still has not changed, then we will cross the bridge when we get there. For now, keep an open mind and heart.

Goodluck.

you have to keep in mind that working outside ur country is somehow pressuring especially if he didnt adapt yet. so you have to execuse him and give him some time to organize himself and get back to his normal attitude...best of luck
