What is the Best TV Show Ever?

I consider the TELEVISION is one of the greatest inventions MAN have ever created. TV has helped transform society and every household or ANYONE with the financial means owns one and/or watches one.

Whether news, sports, drama, movies, or comedy, there is something for everyone on television.

Some people use it as a baby-sitter, others as a relaxation tool, and some even preach against it - but it is always on our mind.

So, with all of that, What you think the best program ever made for TV- from any genre.

to me Friends is too contrived.. However, MASH had pathos, tragedy, humour, sadness, happiness - It portrayed hypocracy, ravages of war, comaradery and the whole breadth of emotions..

U said it RT..F.R.I.E.N.D.S is the best tv show ever seen.For 6 years I have been watchin FRIENDS witout missing a single episode but now I miss the show so much sinc I don't get the particular channel here.So I make up by buying DVDS of each series.REASON I like the show - its a show about friendship and its very funny and at the same time very touch as well.It reminds me of our notorious gang in school and all the messes we end up into.I LOVE F.R.I.E.N.D.S.
