DISH TV DECODER TUNING

I am told that in Doha only Tata Sky can be tuned and not DISH TV .Is this true?
Does somebody know whether DISH TV can be tuned in Doha?If so any contact number?

go for Reliance Big TV. (with same dish size)

Signal is around 50% and therefore does not get interrupted like Tata Sky during day times.

Also Big TV has better packages and actual DVD quality on most channels.

Tata SKY looks very bad on LCDs but Big TV looks perfect on LCDs
