do you have the evaluation already?if you dont have--here is the procedure: first,you have to go to ur embassy and have those credentials(diploma,nbi,license,etc--much better if you have the red ribbon from DFA) authenticated--then go to min. of foreign affairs here in doha,to have those credentials authenticated by the embassy--authenticated again by the MFA here..if its phil. embassy--QR100 per document(whew!too expensive!)in MFA,it's 20/document..2nd,submit the requirements(CV,diploma,board rating/board cert,copies of seminars and certificates) and pay QR100 at the cashier.wait for the receipt,as you need to present this when claiming the evaluation..some would tell you,its going to take about 1 month or 25 days..geeh,i filed my evaluation last august--till now,i still dont have it.
