According to an article published in Qatar Tribune on the progress of India, - ‘while Indians are making computer chips, Arabs have not gone beyond potato chips.
few months back I read a comment made by Foreign minister of Oman It goes like this "In UK even the Lords who are immensely rich wash their car by themselves on weekends..and in GCC even an average earning local will appoint 3 servants for that job"
Instead of crying "Indians are here Indians are there" try to learn and do the job by youself..
Doing the job and getting the job done...what if nobody does the job, how do you manage to get the job done? Arabs may get the job done, but that doesn't prove them that they are capable of doing such. Most of the people working for NASA are Indians, which proves them to be competent wherever they go. The point of the writer, AFAIK, is to challenge every Arab to use their talent, rather than relying on other people. I don't think the article is stupid...you just find it stupid because you are affected by it. If you go to O&G Industry here, most of the people working in high position are Indians. The reason Qataris are placed on that same level is because of the government's Qatarization program, but that doesn't mean that they know the job to be let alone. The writer happens to have an open mind, as he wants his fellowman to KNOW the job, rather than relying on "getting the job done" just to get the credit. Still, at the end of the day, we all know who really did the job.
It's not because things are difficult that we don't dare, it's because we don't dare that makes things difficult!
1. You will find Indians allover, which proves they are compitent enough and they are needed. No one is doing a charity to Indians by paying them. They work..
2.The article - I never supported it and stated that its ''stupid'' in my first post . Please note that its written by an arab and not an Indian.

Even after Qatar exhausts the Oil and Natural Gas reserves (which will not happen atleast for few more hundred years), it has all its huge investments abroad which can be used.
