what are the legal rquirements if u have resident visa and wnted to work?

kung halimbawa may resident visa k and may sponsor k xempre.. and gusto m magwork sa ibng company..ano2 ang mga requirements, san kinukuha ang mga iyon?.. para maging legal ang pagtratrabaho m sa ibang kompanya..
