Visa Related Help Required

Dear QL Friends,

I have a Visa Related case, please read my explanation and enlighten me with your ideas.

- My Residence permit has expired on 26/9/08
- I have another offer here in Doha.
- I already have NOC but employer is not welling to give sponsorship transfer.
- My wife is working as a teacher in Qatar and she is under my sponsorship. She will get her vacation on 4th December.
- I have already resigned my "un-expired definite" contract and I got no response from my sponsor within one month.
- I know that if a resignation is not officially rejected within one month, then this means that its accepted
- I already have a signed exit permit but the company’s computer card “Munshaa” is expired since one month and it’s unlikely to be renewed anytime soon due to problems between partners.
- Company public relation officer “Mandoub” will be out of the country for one month starting next week.

Analysis:
- I need to go out of the country ASAP before the PRO leaves the country but my wife can’t leave before 4 Dec so that she doe not loose her job.

My Questions are:
1. if I exit the country with my exit permit not cancelation, can my new employer get me a new work visa provided I have NOC
2. If your answer is yes for question 1, then what if my wife stayed in Qatar while my new employer is arranging my new visa. Will this create any problem for example immigration will stop my visa since my old residence has been expired and my wife should leave Qatar before issuing any visa for me.
3. Can I stamp the exit permit I have with my name on it as “representative” with the expired company ID?

Thank you everyone for your help

Regards
