There is one centre in the ground floor of HMC parking building, next to CBQ office. They work in the mornings only...No big Qs there.

it is just under carfour in city center, working up to 5 pm, and in saturday up to 1 pm.
There is MOI centre downstairs in the City Centre. I 've been there once in the morning, no big ques and hassle free.
If u cant find it, ask a security personel, he will guide u.
