An QR 8,000 accomodation for 4 is possible but highly unlikely. The furniture allowance will furnich a small house but not lavishly. The company should provide you tickets, or give a seperate allowance.

You will only be able to rent a 2 bedroom flat here on that salary... the salary seems low for an assistant managers position... Junior staff are almost making that much in other sectors.

to live good in Qatar , taking in considration that you are working in banking sector in good position :

- Housing : 8000 ( 9000 recommended )

- food and accom : 2000

- transportation : 2000 for car installments + 300 - 400 for fuel so ( 2400 )

- clothing & perfums and other stuff : 200

- mobile : 700 to 1000

- Basic salary depends on your needs and style of life you want but let's say at least : 10000

Total : 26,500

This is only for single man . it should be about 30,000 in case of family.

that is my recommendations for you man , think well before comming and think carefully before comming to this high cost country.

Note:

- schooling for children : 15000 per annum is good

the basic is 12000 and the 26400 are including the housing, food, air tickets and transportation my position will be Assistant Manager in the most leading bank in Qatar don't forget the profit share which will be minimum 3 months and 30000 for furniture allowance

There are a few different perceptions about "all inclusive".

Do you mean your basic salary will be 26,400 and they will provide housing and a car or do you mean that this salary includes your housing allowance?

If you have friends here they should be better able to tell you if this is ok or not, no?
