Working Visa for a Filipina???Please Help…

I have a friend in the Philippines, and she wanted to work here in Qatar. Any body knows any employers or any agencies that are willing to give her a Working Visa & a Plane Ticket.
I can guarantee that she is really efficient when it comes to Work...She had a lot of experiences in Office Works, she can work as Admin Asst., Secretary, Sales Coordinator. She is 32 years old and she is separated with 4 kids....
I need your suggestion & advice as well....

Try to search first the classified area, then you will come to know who really wants to hire people from abroad, nowadays the visa is quite difficult for any nationality here, so it is advisable to check with proper company before taking any steps since she was seprated with 4 kids.
