i can just exit qatar and entered again with a new visa if am holding NOC

Hi guys,

appreciate if you can advise, am working in qatar since two years and now i want to move to a new job, my current sponsor will give my NOC letter, and will cancel my current visa fro to be able to enter qatar with the new one, the question is how long do the process it needs to be done?
do i have to stay for a period 2 or 3 months outside qatar? or i can just exit and enter with the new visa

Dear I have share my experience. in 2016 april i have signed 2 years contract will be ended 2018 April. but resigned before expiry of the contract ( June 2017) i cancelled my ID and exit qatar i came in new visa on September 20 2017 and signed the Un limited contract will be ended 2022. I have resigned after completing just 8 months( June 10 2018) cancelled my Id and exit from Qatar came in New visa ( work visa come in just 2 days). now i did finger print ok and i done My ID without any problem. whole process No need NOC. if you need any clarification feel contact me 66276885. cheers

Yes Dear I just returned back after cancellation with new work visa ,If you have NOC there is no problem ideal time to came back 4-5 working days ,but make sure your new employer has already work visa for you ,then you may come back mentioned time,Good Luck

hi nancy,

i agree with mandi, if yr noc is given and yr permit is cancelled, then you should be able to re-enter straight away.

best to check with immigration for confirmation, but if it is all done by the book, i see no problem.

As far as I know you can immediately re-enter with an NOC and a business visa from your new employer.
