I doubt you will find that in Qatar anywhere else other than one shop, I've tried many places, but this is the only shop in Qatar who actually do it.....is I barely can remember the name, its after the main Industrial Area R/A, on the petrol station on the right on the way to salwa border, its a real pain to reach there now as every road to that petrol station is under construction.
Charges are I guess either 40 or 60 cant remember, and I'll give you a suggestion make sure you have a very strong film of Dust on the grill( depends which car you have), its termed as "mitti marna" in urdu, meaning u need to shower it with dust, so that the dust is in contact with the air, and you car colour does not fade, Also make sure you put a transparent film on your head lights if u plan to go for a long drive, or else they will get faded, drop an email, if you need more details, this is one thing that I'm very experienced with.
there are a few car shops opposite road of al jabri restaurant, they have the spray. i have seen it there n i think it was around 20 riyals. not sure abut the price.

u can use liquid soap u .this summer i went to my country and i used it. its easy to clean it and more safe when u want to clean the car.
they don't have at teyseer i already asked.

some are using liquid soap >>> NEVER do that>>> it will attack the bumper and react with the paint.
