There may be more other concerns be for they issue a visa to your sister . specially the QR MOI(Ministry Of Interior)will look for the wage limit and the visa category. then they will consider issuing a visa from 1 month to 3 months .between the peroid of three months ,visa will be valid to embark to the country.then you can extend it from three months to six months onece the passenger is arrived to the country, provided that the medical formalities are completed as per the qa government.
