NPA, for the past six (6) months I have been closely monitoring the Rental Rate and no changes.

No way !!! Real Estate market is not subject to Supply and Demand theory in Qatar!!

Landlords are Bloodsuckers and they prefer to keep their properities unoccupied rather than reducing the rent.

The problem will never be solved before actual prohibiting for sub-rental which is impossible because landlords are very busy to collect rents from door to door.

The world maybe in financial crisis, but I am not.

u people are just sitting infront of your computers...rent are down already by 15%. you go and check.. flat by flat,villa by villa talk to the concerned persons then you will know.do you think your landlord at present will call and say...hey i will reduce ur rent now or next month.

I read some posts here in QL that it's going down sometime sooner or later..just donno how true it is. We can just hope and pray!
