I have a qatari driving license and I am visiting UK next week. Can I rent a car and drive in the UK with my Qatari license?
Anyone who has done it so I can be sure. Also will appreicate any information on how to go about getting an international licence in Doha. If you can, please mail to rshinto-at-yahoo.com.
You can buy an international driving license for QR100 at any travel agency (I use Regency), but you need the Qatari driving license with it.
You can drive in the US with a Qatari driving license.
NO you cant drive using qatar driving license. Maximum you can use qatari license within GCC that is also limited in some countries.
It is easy to get international license in doha. Just take your original qatar license and some photos, plus Qatar ID/visa copy. Go to Ali bin Ali travels in Al saad. Hand over them wait for 5min. Pay Qr.150 and you will get international license for one year(only) within 2mins. Please note your qatar license shall have min one year validity. If you want international license for more years every year you need to go pay and get it.
