BUDDY, Take this tip with you all along the way and keep it as an earring dangling from your ear's loop...

trade with your end of service to get N.O.C which means

No Objection Certificate

this is the Only way, trust me, to be able to have a chance to get a Job in QATAR you need a release certificate from your current sponsor SOONER or LATER and if u had decided to go home you won't get any farther visa to comeback to Qatar within 2 years from the date of your leaving the country unless you obtain the N.O.C ... BUT if you decided to claim all your rights you can. if the sponsor start to wiggle with you it will be thru the labor office. BUT get ready for the WINTER & SUMMER TRIP.

You can ask for claim but definetly you will suffer like any thing coz I know what they will do to you then. They will keep you delaying and waiting for nothing and you will be the one suffering. Some times even they will not agree. Its a difficult decision but its your decision to make. I wish you good luck.

Peace.

since you are hired directly from India, your sponsor have the right to send you from where thay hired you, benefits are only upon your employers desire,if they will give or not give any thing at all..the best thing is talk to them in a nice and polite way..Maybe they have a good and understanding heart..

I think as they are the ones terminating your contracts they should pay you the full salary amount until the contracts end.
