exit permit problem .... plz help !!

hey guys ... ok i have a slight problem... i will be visiting qatar on the 22nd of decemeber... and will be there till the 28th.. i have a residence visa , sponsored by my dad, whoi works in qatar.. now he is on vacation here with me .. so when i do visit he will not be there... so will it be possible for me to get an exit permit under the circumstances?? i can still get his signature o nthe form, his id card and copy of his passport... so does he really need to be in the country at the time i apply for the permit ?!?!

First, if you are under 18 y.o you do not need an exit permit from your dad. If you are above 18, do following:
Your father goes to www.moi.gov.qa, fills out the Exit Permit application, prints it out, signs it.
You bring this application along with your Father's ORIGINAL ID to Qatar, and apply here for the exit permit in the Airport immigration department.
That’s it. Your Fathr's company has nothing to do with your Exit Permit, since you are under your Father's sponsorship.

If you are on visit visa-for one month- I think you don't need exit letter. But if you holding other visa you need exit permit. But better check with immigration first.

hi... your dad should apply your exit permit just by calling his company for you. its only a call. the company who sponsored your dad should be the one giving the exit permit to you.
