Dear all,

Currently we both are working in qatar (me and my wife). My wife is on her company sponsorship and she is planning to resign from her job (on medical advices). I want to know whether it is possible me to get her visa under my sponsorship (Family visa). If anybody knows the rules/regulations and the procedure pls let me know. Thanks.

There is no problem to change sponsorship of your wife and govt insist to do so.after changing she can work also but you have to follow procedure-

1 noc from her sponsor

2noc from your sponsor

3 your salary certificate with bank statement

4 marraige certy (attested)

5 pp copies both of you

-and form from labour dept.

Yes, It is possible to transfer from a working visa to husband visa. Please check with your company mandoob (PRO), he knows the requirements and procedures.

It is possible to transfer her visa to you as her husband but I have no idea about the procedures.
