Are u encountering gas cylinder problem in kitchen??

well the problem is the new gas regulators given by Qatar government for gas cylinders in kitchen, very little gas is passing through it which is resulting in low stove flame and cooking time increases. Is anyone encountering same problem? I have also contacted the cylinder supplier but he is telling me it is by the government I cannot do anything :(
