I bought fishing rods here in DOHA...How can I bring those rods in the Phils...Is it a baggade or just a handcarry in the airport? Do i need to box them or wood box? Any suggestion po are highly appreciated....

it is a 1 piece fishing rod a 5'5" and a 5'...Much better if they will allow me to hand carry this thing..

i would prefer carrying it. budble wrap it then tape, is it a two piece rod? or telescopic one? much easier.
