Dear All ,
Good Morning i need Advise from all of you.

# I resign my co and My Qatar Residence Permit is cancelled on Dec 2008, and now i m in my home country, i want to come again Qatar for new work.so pls advise if RP is cacelled and for Re-Entry i mean for visit visa (Philipino Passport holder)can apply or visit visa if there is any rules for wait month or year ? pls advise

oo makkbalik ka thru visit visa..hindi ka nga lng pwede magtrbaho unless mkkakuha ka ng NOC sa previous co mo! thats it

NOC is must you can not come back without it so instead of cancellation if your present sponsar is willing you can transfer same RP.

Immigration ruling regarding N.O.C doesn't descriminate regardless of your nationality. Ask your sponsor to issue N.O.C for you to re-enter Qatar.
