School same level as in europe?

As always the most important factor in education:

parents.

Be prepared to spend 10 to 15% of your income in buying books and supplies that are not available here but which you must have for your children.

I would not take my family along until I find myself confident on the job offered, the organization and accomodation. Stable your feet first.

life in Qatar is not cheap nowadays. Do your sum carefully and make sure everything promised by your future employer written in the contract.

Your company should pay for your housing, schooling for your children and your air tickets as well as providing for your visas and residency permits. I suggest you ask them what your package will include and go from there on the extras.
