Is anybody living or rented this Qatari Italian group flats, villas etc.

I checked the website given in their business card.I can not find a valid website.www.qigroup.com

please check this too...

I personlly visited their office.And asked whether they can register the contract.they said so far they did not do this for anybody!!.seems people re unaware about this prctice.This will Protect urself and your money.

Another point i noted is, the flats are luxuriously and elegently furnished.This will provoke u to stay there.But if u ask the monthly rental of the 1 bedroom flat they will tell u 11,000.why ?? Is this the mrket price in the Midlle east or any other expensive city? never...

This means they are not ready to rent it monthly..something is fishyyy...so be carefull.

Also i understood the building is under one compny and other things another co. and they are a group....i Suggest you to be very very carefull if ur looking for such flats of yearly rental...ASK THEM TO REGISTER THE CONTRACT WITH Qatar rental/land/property authority.

annual basis is very risky in qatar. because you are not dealing directly with the land lord. please check qatari law regarding this issue. you have no legal standing, in case of any dispute between the land lord and the agency with whom you are making the contract.

the annual payment trend is increasing in doha from the past few years and people have very bitter experience. recently tenants of complete apartment building were served the notice by court to vacate the building (Gulf News), because of rent dispute between the agency and the land lord.

I will suggest go only for monthly rental.
