Is Barack Hussein Obama (or whatever his real, legal name might be) constitutionally (legally) eligible to hold the office of President of the United States? Just wondered what our Amwerican memebers thought...?

The clearly hypocritical part of these people's argument is that by their criteria McCain would be less eligible than they claim Obama is.

I wonder if McCain won would they be barking like rabid dogs about this subject as well?

daiwai, your link refers to a legal issue regarding McCain's eligibility! McCain was born in Panama, outside the US. Obama was born in Hawaii in 1961, Hawaii became a state in 1959. He meets all the criteria in spite of the blatant falsehoods that have appeared on the internet, i.e, Hawaii not being a state at the time of his birth. Wrong! Don't believe everything you read.
